E: … I had very curly hair and as it shouldn’t look so wild, I always had pigtails. I would have liked to wear my hair open and so I always wished for straight hair.

N: … in the school we had needlework and tailored a blouse. At home Christiane and me tailored with my mother a beach-dress. That had a very deep plunging neckline so that we put flowers there for the photo. I never understood when it is a good idea to wear a beach-dress and so I never wore it except for this photo.
